bigtwin thinking that anyone on the Rapha Thread would buy a jacket in XXL
May I suggest that Sirs observe the extremely attractively priced Craft Softshell currently being vended in the Classifieds of this magnificent organ? It be mine and it's fab, and cheap as chips, and more practical as a cycling garment.
Winter's coming!!
Size XXL (I'd say you need to be 44-48 chest, depending on how tight you like them). In their "Chili Red", with grey collar lining. Has reflective stuff, and two pockets.
I wore this once only - it needs to be cold - then lost 3 stones, so now it's too big. Note: I am NOT selling this as a diet aid, but it worked for me; possibly! I also threaded in a drawstring elastic at the waist which I like for cycling use, but you could just take it out if you didn't want it. It's that lovely soft stretch fleece-type stuff Craft use, and warm as toast. Note; it's wind but not waterproof Craft call it Layer 2, meaning you'd need a full waterproof over the top to be dry in a downpour.
Costs loadsa money, but now needs good home, so £30 pick up Guildford/Fleet St area, or posted to your door.
Apologies for the rubbish photography, but you get the idea.

You could have it bespoke tailored for £25 and still be well over £150 up on the show for something of at least Rapha quality. But if you call that an epic fail...
-
• #7840
^ what's fail with shifting a jacket?
-
• #7841
The fact it's XXL and most Rapha wearers are more of a 'petite' build.
Now I'm stereotyping.
Fuck I mean I have the body of a God and I would probably wear an XL.

I was wondering how much he mustve hurt just after that photo...
I imagine the photojournalist wouldve cringed moments later -

Photogs are bastards. When I raced mountain bikes they would position themselves at a known crash spot (normally a big puddle that would have a massive pot hole in it) on purpose so as to get a crash money shot..
We've been here before, with the the University of the Arts team. A girl on my MA knows that spunky girl from their team, reckons she's a right weirdo.
Shock horror.
