A carlton corette mixte frame in metallic blue - gum wall tyres or totally black?

I'm plumping for some raleigh gumwall as I like the period tread design of them, But am I being stupid? Do raleigh still have tyres made for them or do you recon these are nos?

Gumwall, definitely.

Michelin World Tour come in a gumwall for touring sizes (e.g. 26x1&3/8)

you can get brand new Raleigh Record tyres in various sizes and colours, but they aren't all that.
