If you're using a quill-to-ahead converter which leaves a big hole in the top o' your steerer tube (some have a pretty far down bolt*), any bar end plug fits nicely. I used a bolt-in quill one for that 'finished' look.
*Will require a longish allen key with plenty of leverage.
