I always thought the original intention of this thread was to have a list rather like the chainline database on here? I know loads of people came back with "use a spoke calc, UTFS etc etc" which is all a bit tiresome. At the end of the day you can use a spoke calc (we all do) but when a total newbie it can be daunting and you want to know that someone has physically actually built the combo of hubs/rims your looking at.
I'm going to start this list with some of the combo's i've built up recently, hopefully it will take the error and mystery out of wheel building for some folks. OP feel free to copy paste this into the 1st post and all feel free to quote and update as per other list type threads. As you were;
Hub + Rim = Spoke Length
Goldtec Track Front 32h + H+Son SL42 (Formation Face w/braking surface) = 264mm
Goldtec Track Rear 32h (double fixed) + H+Son Formation Face = 264mm
On-One Front Track 32h + Rigida DP18 (new style, not NOS) = 276mm
Dura Ace HB7600 36h (double fixed) + Velocity Deep V = 276mm
