I measured the hub dimensions by hand with a set of verniers as i always do (don't trust the spoke calcs on random hubs such as the planet X pista's) and i got it to be 2.5mm. To be honest i always use 2.5mm, as it will make less than 1mm difference to the spoke length anyway. The main conrtibutors are number of holes (32 or 36) and rim ERD. C-F measurements make minor differences on track hubs as the difference between front and rear is normally something like 2-3mm a side.
I've ordered 292mm spokes. Will let you know how i get on ;-)
