Sandancer's bike ^ is pretty much the best thing I've ever seen. I was thinking about building a bike for my GF that was lighter than her usual sit-up-and-beg town bike things but still had racks - and you bike is pretty much exactly how I'd want it to turn out, only better than I could imagine!
