My 464 (fixie skidder version) has the drilled fork, but also a drilled bridge at the rear. It's more like a pilot hole than an actual drilling though; you'd still have to drill it out to be able to mount a caliper on there.
Toppers, where are you getting a long brake bolt from? I need one and the internet seems to thrown up £7+p&p...bit steep for a nut, no?
Edit: Mine also came with a full set of brake cables and clips to hold the rear cable.
