About your Gazelle.
I'm pretty sure that the frame number you read is not correct.
Probably not your mistake. Lots of times, these numbers are unclear. Sometimes, the Gazelle numbering is inconsistent.
Could the number be 3288xxx ?Then:
In 71/72 there were no short Campagnolo dropouts and there was no Gazelle AB
Both were introduced around 1980.
By the paint and decal style, I would say that your frame is from 2nd half of the 80s.
Maybe it's a little bit older, but repainted later.Anyway. Your Gazelle is nice. Good luck with selling it.
mate,
velobase.com suggests color schema is from 80 but AB frames were made from about 70. nonetheless I start to think that this bike is from 80's and frame number is missing 3 ... i think you were right.thanks

araya with possibly c-record? not kin to blue nips but nice wheelset -

Why would someone have done that?
7x & campagnolo low flange hubs is a weird combo.

not bad at all, Leontien's (has the women's hour record since 2003) former frameset (alas not Shimano but Miche parts) for the smaller/female track enthusiast - starting bid €550
Full bike?

yes full bike but not original, wrong (Miche) parts, so I mentioned frameset. I think it's worth it just for that, is why I posted it
if you want to buy it you start by contacting the seller, use button 'e-mail deze adverteerder'
if you are really really serious, I could help you get in touch and make arrangements, just pm me plz

Suffice to say:
It’s right proper scratched up, it’s a mess. No word of a lie, so if you buy this ‘bad boy’ don’t come bitchin about how mash up it is.
I brought this from either Trackstar or BikeWorksNYC back in the day, right back in the day, Noah stylee.
Ridden the mean streets of London by a genuine courier for an age.
In a nutshell, Gold anodized Nito 65 seatpost, scratched up rotten, 27:2, 260 to Clamp, did I mention it was Gold Anodized blah blah.
Once in a lifetime opportunity to buy into some genuine East London street credibility, look fresh in Broadway market, impress the girls/boys.
