hippy how is your Desire HD?
I have been telling all my friends to get one, but the two who've bought have both got Desires because they were cheaper or the HD wasn't on their network. They really like them (and so do I, the screen/extra speed is all good over my Wildfire) but I think I'm going to hold out for the HD, or a cheap Desire once lots of people are upgrading to the HD or something else.
What's better about the HD so far? I know the screen is bigger and it does HD...

The HD is nice. It's got a bigger screen (4.3") but the phone is still a good phone size.
It's super fast. I've not played with most of the new features but there's definitely some goodies in there. I've not even used the 8MP camera yet but one of the guys in the office used it and it seems pretty cool (DOF effect was cool). Better flash too. The other guy in the office with one has it running SIPdroid for stupid cheap calls. The screen protector I used is a bit shit though - frickin air bubbles grr. Music player is nifty. I just realised I'd not ever plugged headphones into the Desire and we tested the HD - the sound is sweet.
The camera seems a bit more exposed than the Desire's and the SD/SIM cover on the bottom means when you squeeze the smaller-than-Desire power button you can feel the cover flex. Nothing too major but I prefer the Desire's larger power button.
