Zoidberg, it's common for polo players to have flip flop wheels, with most drop outs you can get 4 teeth difference (some even manage six) which on a micro gearing is enough for say 40gi and 60gi (eg my road gearing is 26x12 for pretty much 60 gear inches and for polo I flip the back wheel for 26x17,40 gear inches)... My daily commute (normally) is 15 miles each way, bit more if i'm going via peckham... And i'm a fat old man! :)
