  • Do you reckon it's best to go straight to the bus company or do it through my Home and Content insurance and let them battle it out with the bus company?

    There are two issues here though; one is the insurance claim, the other is possible disciplinary action against the driver (though obviously they are connected). The bus company need to know asap if they are to do anything to improve her driving - maybe even suspend her from work, I don't know. The bus CCTV will clearly show what happened.
