Finally got this finished today, well almost. It needs a new (regular) chain, the rear wheel needs truing and it needs a black brake cable. Rides very nicely though.

Very nice. I'd be tempted to go with black saddle and tape, but the brown is not offensive. Lovely frame and colour.

I thought the same when I fit the saddle and bar tape earlier. I'll stick it out for now and maybe change it down the line.

sopeRiva I assume you're talking about the chain and not the evo mini, I'll be changing that in the next week or so. Although it did keep my old bike safe for a year or so. You going to be out riding anytime soon?

This is my first fixed build. Raleigh Winner frame, wheels built by a chum, other bits cheap from the interweb. I have a curvy lo pro fetish, so I've started saving.

Cheers, ratio is 44:17, pretty much perfect for where I live (the rolling hills of Kent). & consider it trimmed!

has anyone tried the eleganza tape? have it on my road bike and it's the best tape I've ever used.

I have it on one of my track bikes.
Feels and looks good, but very hard to apply (very limited stretch).
But I cannot say that it's the best I've ever had.
