I wanted to put another shout out for on-one/planet-x.
I bought a gold fixed-fixed rear 32h from them for £15.
It was delivered in <24 hours and came with two lock-rings.
I am still building the wheel so I cannot comment on the smoothness/longevity of the hub but for a standard Taiwanese sealed job this value is hard to beat...
