So,talking of Pomp's, how does one deal with 130mm dropouts when your axel is 120 if I don't want to cold set it and I do want to have a decent chain line but don't want to buy a miche adjustable BB?

Unless you're buying the new Pompetamine with 135 rear spacing, the current Pompino does have 120 rear spacing.
