just gonna squeeze my 5p in here. i think it'd be a bad idea to hassle the 1st or 2nd comers for £2.50 at their first or second session. if they turn up regularly (say several times a month) then yeah, but lets give people a few sessions without having to get into their pockets. it'll just create awkwardness. being militant about upholding rules will create people thinking they're policemen (which we don't want) and animosity towards same (which we don't want either). Can't we try and run with slightly slacker rule upholding for a little while and then tighten up later, rather than go in too hard now and scare people away? I'll happily chip in more than the £10 a month, if that's what's needed.
not trying to be millitant, just saying we need to think more about the financial aspect/funding if the MHBPA is going to work. i agree the first 2 sessions should be free but pay after that. just my opinion though and i appreciate it won't be the only one.
