2010-11-05 - London to Paris

22mph seems really fast.. when I did lake vlattern we averaged 16. Personally I don't think I could do 22 but if someone leaves me a GPS I'll come along with the less speedy bunch. I do fancy a good 100miles.

22mph is fast, but you have chosen the top end of my estimate :-) I was just going by our last jaunt to Dover which was a nice swift pace.
