Mobile Phone Photographic Competition 2010-2011

Sorry if this doesn't count as a portrait. Taken today in Sweden. Just helped my friend and the locals bring the pier in for Winter.

Taken on LG gt540.

Self portrait, part of my on going series of "mug" shots ( me with different cups/glasses in different parts of the world/house)

The reason I chose this one is it captures a sadness that I don't feel like I normally express, and certainly wouldn't normally express in a posed photo.

I used Shakeit and an iPhone.

Ok, apols for the massive picture above ^^^ the original was uploaded too small under the rules and now this one looks massive. I am probably doing something wrong but I don't know how to fix it :-( Advice please or is this fine? Thanks.

that's good to know i'm on location all this week and next so can only really have a good look sunday night.

I designed in the flexibility, as I knew all the judges might have things on, so would be not so easy to get you all free at the same time.
A week seemed a good hedge.

iPhone 4 - pretty much straight from the camera with only a slight vignette added in Photo FX.

Very nice. The colours are fantastic.

It's an interesting and original interpretation. I'd say its closer to a still life, but since its the product of a plant, maybe the judges will agree with your vision.

Well you have faceless 'portraits'.. hmmpf!
