if you mean turning words or phrases in to links then very hard, I have no idea how to do that. And don;t bother trying to explain because we will both just end up frustrated and annoyed.

1. Select word of phrase
   
2. Click the Insert Link button
   
3. Paste a URL (http://blah.com) into the field
   
4. Sexy time.
