According to National Rail we have to take the 7:32 to arrive in London Liverpool Street at 8:43, or the 7:51 arriving in London Liverpool Street at 9:15. I'd prefer to take the earlier one so any latecomers have the fallback of the later train.
It seems there aren't any running to London Kings X until later.
