Lynx, it's when you reply to things in this manner that you do the most harm to your reputation.

I know you believe that you are defending yourself, and obviously to a degree you are, however it is counterproductive.

If your reply was "hah yeah, good one" and then to move onto something else (preferably funny) then things like the van and so forth would fade somewhat.

Youre doing more damage Lynx - ive even said this to you in person. Bite your tongue or youll seem to be trolling. You cant vindicate yourself this way.
