Checked these out while in Vegas, they are nicely made and although not greatly stiff they are way better than clips n straps IMO.
More top work from a very well run company.A+

yo hammer tile, so that means they are a good halfway house for those who want to be able to walk for an extended period of time?
-
• #179
Yup, they're just like a pair of vans with cleats.
If I'd not been so skint while out there I would have bought a few pairs to bring back, 1 pair to keep the others to sell to nice people. When are you back big man, must be anytime now no?

Went to Bike 14 to check out the Mission Workshop shoes.
It's better than I thought it would be.
Underneath the insoles, it's entirely plastic like a cycling shoes, and pretty stiff when I twist the shoes, the heel side flex a tiny bit more than a typical cycling shoes (comparing to a Mavic MTB shoes), but plenty stiff enough.
Let see how other find it.

Why trainers are called sneakers? is it a slang of some sort to describe the type of shoes that burglar wear?
TokyoFixed just got some in as well, Condor says they're thinking of bringing them in too.

Oh, yes. I see, a spaz. I'm sure we have something here.
Long pause while MW man thinks...
I have just the thing for you, Rondels the man exclaims!
Great news, I'll be over in a jiffy!

?
Why has nobody made a rubbery cover thingy to cover/protect cleats and give you grip if you're walking around?
Thanks Corny, a far more detailed reply. I'll be asking the guys at 14 next month then!
