I like netbooks. Of course you can't do much on them except for very basic stuff, but I find the concept very workable. Acer Aspire One 260 now combines Windows 7 with a dual-boot Android OS.
For me, writing will always be better with a physical keyboard, than a virtual one on a tablet.
