  • Any comment on how this would turn out in a french press? And anything else you would recommend in the same vein (blackberry, blackcurrant etc).

    The India and Kenya are both great in french press, it's my favourite brew method and it suits all coffees. For blackberry fruit you need a good Colombia, which is something we're really struggling with right now. We bought a whole microlot to replace the lovely Pasto but it hasn't passed muster so far and may have to be sold on.

    Another rich full coffee is the Costa Rica Los Manantiales which has a heavy caramelised orange top end, and the Las Lajas also from Costa Rica which is more into the tobacco and nutty area.
