Coffee Appreciation

I'm going to Monmouth tomorrow to get preground for my cafetiere, any recommendations or should I just go for whatever is on offer?

Also, will I be ok getting 2 weeks worth or should I just get enough for 1?

Go for the Sumatra Wih Bakong - real ripe, bold very sweet fruit, not at all tart. Turns into strawberry milkshake if you add a drop of full bore milk.

Or go with the El Salvador Finca La Suiza if you like a brighter more elegant brew. This one has a nice nippy white apple and grape finish.
