Go for the Sumatra Wih Bakong - real ripe, bold very sweet fruit, not at all tart. Turns into strawberry milkshake if you add a drop of full bore milk.
Or go with the El Salvador Finca La Suiza if you like a brighter more elegant brew. This one has a nice nippy white apple and grape finish.
