On BBC News today, right now in fact. Hillary Peachey speaking and they have some small children talking about it.
Just watched this as well. Unfortunately I'll be bogged down tomorrow. Hope it goes well.

Wednesday 6th October – 7.30pm to 9.30pm
Great Hall, Dulwich College, SE21 7LD
EVERYONE welcome!**News coverage **
Great piece on BBC London News tonight (6.30pm) – includes the filming of the children on Friday. This will be available soon here
]The Velodrome campaign was on Radio 4 PM show (5pm) with some great supportive comments from Dulwich Estate. It’s at 48.05 minutes on the play time. Click here.South London Press – Campaign to save historic velodrome
Tessa Jowell backs us
Jowell, the local MP, has also got involved to add pressure, with the following statement:
"Unless this matter is resolved, and fast, we will have a national disgrace on our doorstep. I have been working for two years to try to secure a resolution to this dispute between the Dulwich Estate and Southwark Council. We need them to have an urgent meeting that will only conclude when agreement has been reached."
The full story is on ‘Notes’ on the campaign’s facebook page. Click here. Finally, Stephen Fry
About three hours ago Stephen Fry tweeted about the campaign calling on people to get down to the meeting. Fantastic support as he has over 1.8m followers. We’ve already had emails from Brazil and Switzerland.]]In the meantime, please tell everyone about the campaign and come along today!

Waterproofs and htfu ^.
Spoke cards would be awesome. Can this happen?
Also, is there enough safe bike parking does anyone know?
-
• #134
unfortunately it looks like i can't attend the meeting, should be a good turnout though and hopefully a decision can be made quickly so the relevant parties can move forward with the velodrome instead of being in limbo for another year (while the track deteriorates further)
not sure about a spokecard though? surely attending the meeting, joining the facebook group and spreading the word via social media is more effective than an illegible laminated a5 spinning in a hipsters wheel?

Is there any point in coming down for the start/first hour then going?
I need to be somewhere else later.
-
• #136
Well there are railings on College Road and I doubt the hallowed grounds of Dulwich College are a high crime zone

Fox,
Yes it is worth coming for the start first hour the more cyclists are there the better

There are loads of railings within Dulwich Collage for bike parking.
I'm told postcards and pin badges are available at the meeting. I've seen some tshirts too...
-
• #139
we should hopefully have a small number of spoke cards. No profit. Look to be £1.32 each.
-
• #140
Apparently there's a bike shed, first come first served.
We could take some flyers to have on the forum stand at the Cycle Show unless of course you're already representing.

Ah, I wondered when he'd get that together. Pretty good isn't it.
The guy walking across the track right at the beginning looks like a cool dude.
Do you know the photographer Andy?
I'm pretty sure I went to school with him and my dad taught him photography! -

Good turnout at the meeting tonight.
I'm rubbish at guessing numbers but the hall was packed and a room downstairs had to be used.
Southwark Council pledged £25,000 to the trust.
Was generally a v good vibe.
Speech from the 2 VCL kids was fantastic.
Nice to know HH means so much to so many different people. -

i did a rough seat count of 340 or 360, 90% full. plus another 50 to a hundred standing around.
somewhere in the region of 400 to 450 people in attendance.

90% full? They told us it was 'heaving' and we couldn't get in.
Couldn't really hear what was being said through the 'video link' so didn't stay until the end.- 100 odd downstairs watching the feed?
Not quite I'd say, probably more like 50 odd.
