I respect you hugely, Sir Scramble, but this time I believe you are wrong.
If people drive badly, risk lives, put others in danger, the fact should be brought to them in any way possible. If some fucker is so arrogant as to almost kill someone, and then punch that person in the stomach for having the audacity to complain, then that driver deserves a whole world of hurt.
Being passive is sometimes the answer but not always the answer. We should stand up for ourselves, even if by doing so we put ourselves in further danger. I am not advocating violence, only powerful verbal protest and self defense. If we do not complain, if we do not stand up for The Cyclist, then those cyclists with less confidence will get trampled on too, and perhaps chuck their bikes in a skip, buy a car, and never let there kids out on two wheels because 'it's too dangerous out there'.
I'm as mad as Hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore.
How about adding "If people ride badly, risk lives, put themselves and others in danger, the fact should be brought to them in any way possible."
Let's get our own house in order at the same time as sticking it to the drivers eh?
