I went bananas at a coach driver who cut up then tailed, then actually bumped my wife whilst riding a few months ago. I had to drop it under the threat of prosecution by the dickhead.
However, the point of this was that the Police officer who dealt with us said that if it had been me who had been the victim of the driver then my swearing etc at him would not have been considered a disproportionate reaction and wouldn't have been held against me. IANAL etc
