I spoke to a guy who had been knocked down on the corner of roman road and globe road this morning, nasty lump on his head and a damaged bike, looked pretty shaken up. The woman literally drove into him when he was turning right, she must have gone early and agressively. Not sure if he had any witnesses and the woman wasnt around when I was there. He was heading to the police station round the corner, hope his head is ok!
