For longer rides I love my Rapha bibs, they are unbelievably comfortable. Quality seems great and the fit is spot on for me, but I am, er, how would I put it, 'sprinters build'.
I have some adidas that I use on the track and they are plenty comfy for for that, but the pad is very thin, so might not be great after a few hours.
The other ones I really like are champsys. They only do custom club kit or their own hideous blue/orange/white ones, but at £40ish, they are really good for the money.
