when i was young youd get a clump off a copper for a minor offence.these days the lil bastards know that if they steal your beloved bike,their gonna get a responsible adult to sit with them whilst they no comment every question the law ask them and if they do ask for their parent/s to be notified, wayne or waynetta slob will turn up and swear down( chav saying) that their lil precious would never do a thing like that
