I've just (Friday actually - 4days, 7hours and 3min ago according to the app) gone cold turkey. Haven't had a single fag. Even with a night at the Hootananny on Saturday. The hardest part of it I find is the habit breaking. Like nipping out during work, on the way to the shops etc. Not sure I'm getting any cravings. Time will tell I suppose
