Survived one attack with barely a scratch and isn't really all that heavy compared to most of the locks on this thread.
The frame mount is more heavy-duty than those for smaller Abus D-locks (with the lock locking through the mount rather than just clipping in) although on my frame the only sensible place I could find to put it is on the downtube facing forward where it has a tendency to rattle against my bottle cage and get caught in the leg holes on my 3/4 length shorts.
I think the solution to the latter is to grow fatter legs.
Also, should you end up getting the longer variant of the Granit-X at a later date, it also fits the same mounting bracket.
You get two keys and a card with a number on it (needed for duplicate keys I guess).
I'm still a bit skeptical that it is as good as a lock with a thicker shackle, but it seems Good Enough(tm).
