Keanu was feral until the age of 13 when a kindly old couple found him eating out of bins with a pack of wild dogs on the edge of a nature reserve. They took him in and cared for him as if he was their own.
The reason he is sad in all these pictures is because he still feels like part of the pack and he yearns to run wild in the forests again. Thats why he eats outside, it reminds him of his feral days.
