I’ve bought twice from Hilary, and on each occasion I received the items two days after making payment. However, I take Sanddancer’s point about the negative visitor messages he’s received, but we don’t know the circumstances.
The first transaction with him was a little frustrating as I wasn’t getting a reply for a while, but once it came he was apologetic and believed he’d already replied – I put that down to him being busy, or forgetful like anybody else. Second transaction my PM was replied to in minutes, job done, stem received 2 days later. I gave him a +1 over on the good traders thread – he’s clearly not a bad trader.
