Slowpoke hour for me, this week. I stuck with Sasmon for all of 30 seconds before falling away, then I watched as a small precession of pricey sportswear passed by. One Rapha-clad chappy did provide company for a few laps; though I suspect he was taking a break.
Still, a consistent spin, and a valuable opportunity to assess the jazzy new shoes what I bought in Condor's end of season sale. I've had a tricky time sorting out the cleats, but I'm now pretty sure that I'm on the money.
Bad luck about your bike, Tom, or is it good news? S'difficult to tell.
