Spotted...

Spotted last week: a hirsute hipster in the Bermondsey area, riding with only half a handlebar, yet with the full complement of arms. I figured it was the aftermath of a mechanical failure, so left well enough alone.

Spotted yesterday: the self same muppet, still riding with only half a handlebar. Maybe its the new brakless and I missed a memo?

perhaps that is his polo bike and he thinks you need 1/2 a handlebar to swing a polo mallet
