    As mentioned in the past - I get really concerned about the power of the internet, and how many people take advice as gospel.
    A few months ago, I worked with a chap who decided to include plyometrics into his rugby training, as he had read about the benefits of plyo training.

    Anyway, I have a tendancy to throw my dolly out of the pram when it comes to stuff like this, but i really do enjoy reading about people's methods and experiences.
