This is why the prescription of training relies on information about the rider/athlete. Yet people will still dish out advice to someone they don't even know over the internet.
I find posts like Braker's hard to answer, because I would have to get a lot of info out of him to analyse before even committing to an opinion based answer. And that would take time and he would need to pay for that time.
