^I wouldn't worry about that until you start looking like Mr Hoy.
Deadlifts usually help the upper body enough, and maybe some dumbell presses and bench presses,old fashioned chin ups...
I reckon you can do a quick 3-4 week burst of hypertrophic upper body work if you get worried.
