• Doing what for vanity?
    Just the weight training, or extra core exercises?

    If you are weight training for vanity it's called body building and there is a ton of crap written on forums every day about it. Basically you address muscle hypertrophy at the expense of all else.

    Funnily enough, look at the team sprint podium from this years nationals (last night) and there's no overdeveloped upper bodies or beach guns.

    Well when I concentrate soley on cycling I end up with really big legs and a skinny looking upper body. I just wanted to readdress the balance somewhat and do some upper boy weights. I don't want to look like a muscle head or a body builder. Just a bit better blanced
