No way. I saw the fastest cyclist in the world ever today. He rode a Specialized Tarmac Pro and wore matching white/black lycra. He had the biggest calfs I've ever seen, and while pulling away from a red light he was sat down calm as anything while pretty much doubling my speed sprinting to catch up. He was out of sight within a minute.
