48hls hubs you can get them fixed, cheapish (tricksters). Formula? Rims I have no idea. The fact it's 26" will be way stronger with 36hls.
They're for polo so I'm not so worried about the strength, more the number of spokes to prevent the ball going through.
Think 36's may suffice and they'll be a lot easier to get hold of.
