It's an incredibly rare boutique brand from the early 90s, I'd be surprised if there's another one in the country. A great design if you didn't mind a slightly time consuming installation, since the axle had no shoulders and end float was controlled by shimming between the cranks and the bearing inner race. Centre-centre distance on the bearings is about 65mm, and with 32mm OD bearings (6002 with a non-standard 5/8" bore) they occupy most of the space between axle and BB threads, so the cups themselves are ultra light.
