Uh? You took that photo on an iPhone?

Yep, took 3 different exposures and then did a hdr on the comp.

where is this HDR option in 4.1? or is it only available on the iPhone 4.

Not sure, I've asked my brother (who's got Iphone 3GS) about that the other day and he didn't reply to me since... :
