Cnut: " Where are you from originally?"
Moi: "...what difference does it make? Where's my parcel, please?"
F+cker: "...I'm half italian, I've never been spoken to like this, you are so rude..."
Me: Getting desperate "Seriously, what kind of customer service is this? you've been on the phone for over 3 min calling me rude, when all I need is to know where my stem is. I made a purchase from your business, I paid money for a service that hasn't been completed... you haven't even asked my invoice..blah, blah, blah...."
Cnut: " If you stop talking maybe I can talk, but you're being so rude I doubt you'll ever shut up..."
