• 32H = 32 holes in the rim / 32 spokes. 700C is the rim size (not actually 700mm in diameter though). 23C means a 23mm wide tyre that fits a 700C rim.

    Changing the rims to a different 700C model won't make the overall wheel diameter any larger unless you use a wider rim and wider tyres - e.g. 28C, 35C etc.

    I would think you could fit a 28C tyre ok on a Langster but not much more than that.

    You don't want to change to a larger or smaller rim size as the frame geometry is specifically designed around 700C. Larger and they won't fit, smaller and it'll look like a clown bike, the brakes won't reach the rims and your pedals will hit the ground.
