BMC - tickling your fancy?

I was told that all the BMC frames are the 2007 models. The company went bust and was bought out by the owners of Assos. There has been no R&D since then but they just put on a different paint scheme each year.

Cannot comment on the veracity of the above at all.

I still think they look awesome in a sci-fi manner.

One of the product designers I work with, used to work for BMC in switzerland, they have been very R&D heavy for the last two years, especially in developing their new carbon weave tubing... which i believe is being used on the 2011 top spec frames.

you may be right about the Track Machine though, i dont believe they have been made since 2008 at the latest..... they are not in the 2011 catalouge either.
