  • I reckon this was worth it's own thread rather than just going in ebay/craigslist finds. On one pominos for £399 down from £599
    EDIT:here's the right link now
    http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/CBOOPMPRS/on-one-pompino-road-sport

There's two configurations for that price

  • Nice one...

    •pulls out credit card...

  • bargain!

  • Already got one, and it is goooooooood.

  • Want!

    Hmn, what can I sell...

  • That is bargainous! White one comes with a slack chain at no extra cost too

  • Wait, what?

The price is still £699 according to website.

  • Fuck, look like I've missed out on the £400 deal.

  • They don't seem to be available on the planet x website, but they are on the on-one site

    http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/CBOOPMPRS/on-one-pompino-road-sport

  • any code?

  • looks interesting ... nice offroad bike for fall/winter

  • Wish I had £399...and the need of another bike...and the space to put another bike...and that my girlfriend would let me have another bike...

Ed - juat clisk in the linky stefan posted.

  • It's only the road sport and urban versions at this price. Anyone want to buy an XBox 360 etc etc? ;)

  • Hmmmm, So tempted. Always think at some point in November, winter bike would be handy, and never get one.

  • Winter/polo bike... ;]

  • Spec look really good for the money.

    Just ordered a white medium.

    Whoop.

There go my food/drink money for the next 6 weeks.

    Time to eat rices again.

  • I wish they'd do this for the inbred

  • Kinda tempted (but broke), how are these weight and ride wise?

  • I may just buy the frame, want a different fork anyway so it's not really worth buying the whole thing... Although it actually is totaly worth it... :/
    Grrrr...

  • Wow wish I had a spare £400.

What can I sell, anyone want to buy a motorbike?

  • Hmmm, this or the Ridgeback solo???

  • Timmy, why don't you pop round to Evans and try out the Ridgeback?

  • I actually have already - a 56cm, which at 5' 9" is a larger than I'd normally go, but then again the 54cm has a top tube of 55.5 so I can't imagine they feel much different. But I am unable to try a Pomp so was thinking more of whether the spec is comparable.

  • The XS one have a TT of 54.5mm (52mm ST), if you're looking for one with a shorter TT than 55.5 that is.

I went for the Pompino because of it's reputation, have large clearance, cantilever, and generally an all-round bicycle, need a fixed wheel bike to regain some of the miles I've lost due to knee problem.

  • need winter trainer with brakes but can't decide between green and brown!!

Have honey brooks saddle and brooks bar tape to go on it

    Green with white fork?
