Yup, I can. It's the red coloured tubular metal object holding the outlying parts together, towards the centre of the bike.
Other than that, I think you'd have to do a concentric ring-round with the numbers. So many frames of that era look so similar, and so many makers changed the key details with frequency. Looks a lot like some similar aged Woodrups, and not a lot like others.
