2 threads because the needs are different.
These people want free / cheap stuff and I didn't want to cram up the existing threads with freecycle frames and the like.
The more established players are interested higher end components as well as there are a few people wanting to set up their first bikes, so there is going to be an influx at the moment.
It may seem pointless to you lot but not to the 'beginners'.
